Uppingham Hill BC – AGM – 12th May 2015

‘The clubs Annual General Meeting was held on the 12th May at Don Paddy’s which was attended by sixteen of our members. The draft minutes will be placed on the website for those who could not make the meeting.

To soften the blow of a lengthy meeting a buffet was provided which was supplemented by liquid refreshment !

Notable highlights and presentation of awards:

  • Teams for 2015/16

Having had a mixed year on the team results across both the Hunts & Peterborough and Rutland & Stamford leagues there was a lengthy debate about the viable number of teams the club is fielding given the number of games we had to concede during the season due to unavailability of players. The outcome of these discussions was that, reluctantly,  the club should drop one team and it was agreed that this should be the Mens – 4 team from the H & P league.

For 2015/16 the following teams would be entered:

Hunts & Peterborough League

Mens 6, Mixed and Ladies teams

Rutland and Stamford

Mens 6 and Mixed teams
